Account Deletion

To request deletion of a Moty Rewards account, open the Moty Deli app, sign in, open Account, and choose Request Account Deletion. If you cannot sign in, contact Moty Deli using the official phone or support contact shown on this website or app-store listing. Additional verification may be required to protect the account.

Eligible app-owned account and rewards data will be deleted or de-identified, except information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or other lawful purposes. Data held independently by your sign-in provider is subject to that provider's policies.
